They say that in times of trouble you really find out who your friends are. Well, it would appear that we have a bunch of friends and have even made some new ones in recent weeks.

As many of you know, about three weeks ago, there was a fire here at Quick Lane at Garnet Ford. On the evening of the fire, we saw scores of firemen and women from all over Chester and Delaware County descend upon our auto service center for the sole purpose of saving our business and ensuring the safety of those on site. It was heartwarming to see how they were there for us and for each other during this overwhelming event. A huge thanks goes out to all of the first responders who helped to get things under control that night.

In the days and weeks to follow, our phone has been ringing off the hook and we have received numerous messages of support via mail, email and social media. Folks have stopped by and expressed their feelings of genuine compassion for our situation. It is so very appreciated. Thank you.

Ultimately, the most important thing is that no one was hurt and we have had nothing but time to get things back to normal. We should not miss the opportunity to point out that here, three weeks later, we are indeed back up and fully operational at our facility. We invite all of our customers to feel free to book service and maintenance appointments as normal.

We continue to value the opportunity to serve all of you and thank you once again for your support during this time.
